A curated project, not a marketplace
Oli nou is a small project selecting olive oil from Catalonia. We will sell online and at seasonal pop-ups and, later on, gifts and orders for companies too.
We don’t want a hundred brands. We want a few well-chosen farms, and to explain clearly who makes each oil and how.

Essential
- Oil made in Catalonia.
- Your own oil: from your olives, made by you or by your cooperative.
- Quality control for every harvest.
A plus, not a requirement
- Protected designation of origin (PDO).
- Organic production.
- Olive oil tourism: visits, tastings or a farm shop.
How we start
Four steps, no rush
We get to know each other
An email or a call: you tell us about the farm and we tell you about the project.
We taste the oil
We visit the farm or you send us a sample, and we taste it calmly.
We agree on terms
Prices, quantities, formats and payment terms, in writing.
We tell your story
We prepare the farm’s page on the website, in three languages, and review it with you.
